The MELTLAB Pro Hot-Wax Heater gives you a fixed, clean waxing station for one or two bicycle chains. No loose cooking pots or improvisation, just controlled melting, dripping and remounting.
The MELTLAB Pro is the right choice if you want to take hot-waxing seriously without rebuilding your setup every time. You get a spacious, stable heater made specifically for bicycle chains, with enough room to fully submerge a chain and let it drip in a controlled way.
With 1500 ml capacity, you can wax one or two chains at the same time. Digital temperature control helps you melt the wax in a controlled way and keep it at temperature, while the double chain hangers make your workflow clean and predictable.
Choose the MELTLAB Pro Hot-Wax Heater if you already have wax and accessories, rotate multiple chains or want to offer a reliable hot-wax service as a bike shop. If you want a complete set right away, the MELTLAB Pro Starterkit or Riderkit is the more logical choice.
Place FRENZY TrailWax in the MELTLAB Pro, choose the desired mode and let the wax melt completely. Make sure your bicycle chain is properly degreased and dry beforehand. Fully submerge the chain, move it calmly through the wax and let the wax penetrate the links.
Use the chain hangers to lift the chain out of the wax in a controlled way and let excess wax drip back into the pot. Let the chain cool completely before mounting it. Clean the outside of the heater after use once everything has cooled down.
