This policy applies to consumers purchasing through ridefrenzy.cc. Your statutory guarantee rights for defective or non-conforming products always remain applicable.
You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day after you, or a person designated by you, receives the product. If one order is delivered in separate shipments, the period starts after receipt of the final product.
Clearly inform us before the end of this period that you wish to withdraw. Email hello@ridefrenzy.cc with your name, order number and the products you wish to return. You may give a reason, but you are not required to do so.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, return the product within 14 days. We will provide the return address by email. Pack the product carefully to prevent damage during transport. Including your order confirmation or other proof of purchase helps us process the return faster.
You bear the direct cost of an ordinary return. If the product was delivered incorrectly, damaged or defective, contact us first; in that case we bear the necessary return costs in accordance with your statutory rights.
You may inspect and assess the product as you would be able to in a physical shop. You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling or use beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning.
Opening the packaging does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal. Do not use wax, maintenance products or equipment beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess them. Further use may result in a proportionate deduction for diminished value.
Following a valid withdrawal, we refund all payments received for the returned products, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery where the entire order is withdrawn. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refunded.
The refund is made within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method and without additional fees. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or until you provide evidence that you returned them, whichever occurs first.
The right of withdrawal does not apply where the law expressly provides an exception, for example for products made to your specifications or clearly personalised. For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, the right is lost only after the seal has been broken and where that statutory exception genuinely applies.
The right of withdrawal is separate from the statutory guarantee. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, email hello@ridefrenzy.cc as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue. Statutory remedies such as free repair, replacement, price reduction or reimbursement remain available under applicable consumer law.
