The MELTLAB Pro Starterkit is made for riders who want to start hot-waxing without doubting the right combination of heater and wax. You get the professional MELTLAB Pro Hot-Wax Heater together with FRENZY TrailWax, so you immediately have a complete home setup.
The large capacity, digital temperature control and double chain hangers make it easy to wax your chain fully and with control. You work cleaner than with an improvised pot and build a fixed maintenance routine faster.
Choose the Starterkit if you mainly want one clear home setup for a quiet, clean and efficient drivetrain. If you wax multiple chains or maintain several bikes, the MELTLAB Pro Riderkit is the most complete choice.
Start with a fully degreased and dry bicycle chain. Melt FRENZY TrailWax in the MELTLAB Pro, fully submerge the chain and let the wax penetrate the links. Lift the chain out with the chain hanger and let it drip and cool calmly.
Store your wax in the heater once it has cooled and keep the outside clean. For the best result, work with a fixed rotation of clean chains.
